Big Server Response Time

Hello friends,

In my store - version 1.6.1.4 have 1500 products. 
The site is: https://fitzona.com 

I have speed time like 9.6 sec. Looking there see this:

Time Spent per State

 

Wait 77.29%

 

 

Receive 9.81%

 

 

Connect 6.52%

 

 

SSL 5.22%

 

 

DNS 1.16%

 

 

Send 0.00% Time Spent per Domain fitzona.com 95.04%

 

connect.facebook.net 1.89%

 

staticxx.facebook… 1.18%

 

www.facebook.com 1.13%

 

www.paypal.com 0.35%

 

other 0.41%

 

This "WAIT" i cant find from where coming. I have compresion, gzip, mod_deflate, and so. Srange is that the category page with 12 products load faster than one product page. 
I have stoped more of modules, but still have a this Wait for a 4-5 sec.

Do you have some ideas or tool tath can find this lag?

Page speed by google pageSpeed Insights 66 / 100 this is speed for a page by product like https://fitzona.com/%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D1%80%D0%B8/%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D1%8A%D1%80-%D1%81-%D0%BC%D0%B0%D1%85%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%BA-7-%D0%BA%D0%B3-al419b.html

Page speed by google pageSpeed Insights 92 / 100 this is a speed by main page ar category page

like https://fitzona.com/

 

There are big different by category pages and product page

Any Ideas?

When I have debbug my page I see:

Hook Time Memory Usage hookproductfooter 4419 ms - Mb => ganalytics - ms - Mb => paypal 4417 ms - Mb => productscategory 2 ms - Mb

Excude PAyPal form hookproduct footer and now is normal
