How To Allow The Buyer To Attach A Note To A Product?

Hello,

 

Is there a way (or a plugin) to allow a buyer to attach a message to a product before adding it to the cart? If this is not posible then, how to add the message to the whole cart?

It can by done by the product's customization options.

to add to this, back office-->catalog-->products-->edit a product-->click customization tab

note: here is good time also to click the help button top left of screen to learn about  product custom fields.

But in this way I need to do this for every product. Is there any way to create this "custom field" for all products at once. If this can't be done then how to add a "message field" to the whole Cart?
