How To Allow The Buyer To Attach A Note To A Product?

It can by done by the product's customization options.

 

 

to add to this, back office-->catalog-->products-->edit a product-->click customization tab

note: here is good time also to click the help button top left of screen to learn about  product custom fields.

But in this way I need to do this for every product. Is there any way to create this "custom field" for all products at once. If this can't be done then how to add a "message field" to the whole Cart?
