smartmedical Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Hi, I'm trying to report a billing issue, I've been charged twice for the same download, and I've been trying to reach someone from the add-ons board since I've noticed the matter, but no one will answer, either by the contact email, nor the chat, even the phone isn't answering, if someone here could just help solve that problem.
