Presta Shop Addon Theme Wont Install

I purchased a new theme from the presta shop addon site. My store is a cloud store.

 

When I click Add a New Theme there is no option to add. I only see "Search on Marketplace" which is how I ordered initially and then the other option states like below.

Can I add my own theme?

Please note that for security reasons, you can only add themes that are being distributed on PrestaShop Addons, the official marketplace.
You can also create a new theme below.

 

Any tips on how to resolve? Very frustrated as the presta shop addon site says "1 click install" and when I contact the developer they tell me I didnt pay, then I point out I did they tell me its not their issue.

you need to connect your cloud store with addons site to download it

My cloud store is connected to the addon site.

 

The first time I tried to add a new theme I click Add a New Theme and then clicked "Search on Marketplace" 

 

Once on marketplace it new me, so they must be connected.

 

Any other way to verify they are connected properly?

I got it working! There was some type of disconnect between my store and the addon account.

Ok. Thats was i thinking
