Automatic Scroll Down In Mobile

Hello

 

Imagine you are browsing a shop in a mobile device with a small screen

 

When you click to go to a category, product, etc... and the page loads and you begin to view the top of the page, as usual

But the top is always the same: the logo, the cart, the menu...

You always *must* scroll down to see the relevant things

 

 

Is there any way to do that pages automatically scroll down on load to begin showing the important section at a glance? leaving the menu, cart, etc hidden above in the top. The user can scroll up if he want.

 

Any plugin? Any magic javascript code?

I do not know the correct words to search for it
