Scully
I'd say it is a messy crawler or a bot is trying to infect servers with messy program code. Why? submit.php isn't a standard source within PrestaShop unless you use PayPal. Unfortunately we don't see the full path of your 404s, so we can't see what would be really interesting. Next check Log into your server and search for the corresponding ip address. Look up the ip address and you might know more. How we handle problematic traffic We block appx. 70 to 80% of all country top level domains. Our customers don't make worldwide busines. So do most of the prestashop users only deliver to a small number of countries, a lot even only to one country. So why should we let the whole world crawl our servers, risking to have malware loaded onto it or just taking our bandwith WITHOUT ANY BENEFIT FOR US. We block traffic unless we need it.
