Recommendations Rather Than Cross-Selling

Hi,

 

On some of my pages, I would like to link products to other connected products, e.g. ear-rings and matching necklaces.

 

I don't want the cross selling module as it isn't linked to what previous customers bought, but what i recommend would go with the item.

I also do not want this on every product page

 

Is there a module that lets me do this?

Do you have those products linked together as accessories? If yes then they should be visible on the product's page and all that should be done is to change other places when you display cross-sells to display accessories.

 

If no then you should either link them or think about some other way. I made this kind of modification once for a jewellery store, they had the products linked by references. Last four characters of the reference indicated that this product is from a set. Products from the same set had to have those last characters the same.
