Automatically Add An Item To Shopping Cart

Hi all,

 

I'm scratching my head on how to automatically add an item (Not a free item) to the cart when another item with the right attributes has been added to the cart.

 

eg:

 

Item A has 3 attributes (we will call these 1, 2 and 3)

 

Somebody adds item A1 and only that adds to cart

but if somebody adds item A2 then item B is automatically added to cart as this is needed to go with A2.

or somebody adds item A3 then item B again is automatically added to cart as this is needed to go with A3.
