Modul Background Problem

Hello friends, 

 

i'm have been working n this issue but i couldn't find a solution. That's why i want to ask it to you.

There is a pos module which is using the comments' block. how can i create a new block special for it.

 

Secondly, there is much space at the "other products in the same category" section ( especially at mobile version) how can i fit it?

edit: I think i have found the problem but now it shows the bank pos tab like you see in my products page. background doesnt consist all the coloumbs

in h3.page-product-heading - delete position: absolute

    overflow: hidden;

    margin-top: 0;

}

To the CSS, but you have it cached so I can't tell where exactly.

sorry. i'm newbie with the codes. where do i need to add this? to product.tpl or module's css page?
