Making New Theme Based On Default-Bootstrap

I have a few questions.

I'm making new theme by personalizing "default-bootstrap" to my needs. In my project of a theme the whole page is made of one navbar and fullwidth pictures below it. I've been doing it for a while and I menage to change Module: "themeconfigurator" to fullwidth (As Im using it as a space to display my pictures) and now i trying to change position of a default cart (ajax) but i dont know which module is responsible for its position.

 

Also It's my first theme so i would like a opinion if am I doing it right.

Go to the /themes folder for your installation of PrestaShop (either online or on your desktop).

Create a new folder for your theme.

It should be the final name of your theme, in a single lowercase word.
