Create Category Based On Product Discounts

Dear Friends,

 

I want to create categories based on different discounts like

 

50% Off ,

40% Off  

30% Off etc. 

 

And then it should automatically associate or pick all existing products based on required category logic.

 

Is there any way, I can do that or any alternative ?

 

Or , If any search option can search based on discount ?
