Automatic Shipping On Payment Check

Hello everyone, I'm a young developer, working as IT for a carrier.
Brief introduciton: some of our client uses prestashop based shops. At this day, for each order with a checked payment,  they have to manually insert a shipping on our sites.(Some clientes uses only the carrier i'm working for, other uses multiple carriers)
Question: is there a way to make a module that, when an order payment is checked(or maybe every hour), automatically sends information to my site, so i can create a shipping/s, without the need of a manul insetion.. If possibile, can someone give some guidelines to follow?

You can create the module and use hook for get some of the actions
