Not Updated In Front Office -Non-Default Theme

Hello

i use a non-default theme. I update the logo in the Preferece-theme but it does not appear in the front office. The same happens for the slider image for the homepage. What can i do ? Thanks...

 

p.s. it works well for the default theme.

if is a paid one, contact the developer. or tell us wich theme is

the theme may be using module cache or you might be using a static cache.

 

Have you tried clearing cache?  back office-->advanced parms-->performance  (top right click 'clear cache'.

 

note images when the name does not change should be cached to  browser, so consider clearing  browser cache (f5).

No. it does not work even if i clear the cache. And i check  the cache clearing setting, it is under : Clear cache everytime something has been modified

So i think this is not the problem.

This theme. I bought it from Addon market. And i contact the develop 4 days ago, they do not give me any solution. This developer service seems not very satisfactory. 

 

What problem might it be? Please help. Thank you very much.
