rocky
I suggest that you check your PHP errorlog or go to config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' to 'on' so that you get an error message that will help discover the problem. rocky
Looks like a permissions issue on the themes directory. Make sure you have read permissions on that directory.

rocky
You should check the permissions of the themes directory in the root of your Prestashop. For some reason, Prestashop does not have permission to read that directory. Did you follow the instructions to set permissions before installing Prestashop? You can view the permissions of directories by logging in to your cPanel and choosing the File Manager in the Files section. Your theme directory and other directories should be chmod 755.
