Adding Frames And Canvas Options With Image Product With Price Not Fixed

H there,

I have a scenario, where I have to show different options with my image products. the options may be

canvas

plak

frame.

ete..

the prices for these options changes and also depend upon the size of the poster a customer needs. so there also would be slider to ask the size of the poster.

to achive this, I want to modify the core code of product page. is this feasible? if yes, what is right option. what I exactly want to do is the below link
