Payment Options Not Going Through Gateway But Redirected To Home Screen

Hi

 

My store '(multistore) has been working great (v 1.5.6.1) but yesterday a customer advised that she could not process a payment. All goes well at checkout. The customer ticks the terms of service box and the payment options come up. 

 

The customer then clicks on the 'visa/mastercard' pic and is redirected to the home screen.  

 

When I was looking at it last night - in the 'terms of service' iframe the was a strange advert banner image ( clicks throught to another webiste)  and note the usual content that should be there. This now has gone and the correct content is back.

 

Probably unrealted but yesterday I added a video to an html box on the side bar

 

and I have cloud back up with hostgator and the usual daily change alert email said that this file had changed
