How can they be set up using standard Cloud installation so that:
The standard invoice shows the correct VAT
The second part varies in value so creating two products and then creating a combination is a bit overkill. i.e. 3 products created in the catalog for every product sold.
I would happily use the "shipping" mechanism if I could set the "shipping" cost as a fixed value per product and then this "shipping" would be VATABLE.
The shipping in reality is a "Processing" fee. And it is this component that is taxable.

First is non VATABLE
Second is VATABLE
