[Solved] Front Office Gives A 404 (Page Not Found) Error All Of A Sudden

Hello fellow geeks. So I hired this guy to enter products and messed something up so now my front page doesn't display correctly. The last product entered has been deleted yet it didn't solved the issue. He has a salesmen privilege which doesn't allow him to edit any shop settings, all he can do is enter new products yet when he created one last night it created the issue.

The site can be viewed at http://www.tivicr.com and it has been running smoothly for 7+ years so this issue is simply odd.

Update ... So all I did was to regenerate the .htaccess file which I was trying to avoid because I had been using a modified enhanced version and couldn't remember the settings. I will do some research and regenerate it with this optimized settings.
