Top Horizontal Menu Doesn't Display Properly

Hello everyone, firts of all I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this, you are all great.

 

I am posting this here because I can't get the store front to display the "top horizontal menu" properly.

 

I am posting two sets of screenshots to better illustrate my problem, screenshot.1 group (3 screens- installed in my desktop) and screenshot.2 group (4 screens- installed in my laptop)

 

The theme I got installed in both computers is Cenatasix. Both computers serve as local servers. The shop installed in my desktop is ok (screenshot.1 group) and  the shop installed in my laptop is the one that's wrong (screenshot.2 group) 

 

Screenshot.1 group shows the "top horizontal menu" as its should be, and this is running with a prestashop version 1.6.0.9. on the local server of my desktop with wamp. 

 

In the screens of screenshot.2 group, you can see how the "top horizontal menu" doesn't look anything like the one in screenshot.1. The images from Screenshot.2 group are from my laptop  with a prestashop version 1.6.1.4., and this is the one with is giving me a headache, a really bad one. 

 

I have no idea what files do I need to look at to make it work as it is supposed to. The screenshots are images of the the store front and of the google console showing the code relating to  the "top horizontal menu".

 

Could you please have a look at it and tell me what am I doing wrong? I'd really appreciate your help.
