giovanz47
Hi Guys, I just had an order on my shop where someone purchased an item for $55.95 plus $11.95 shipping. The paypal transaction was successful however in the orders section on my dashboard it is showing the item for $55.95 plus another item for $15.95 and the $11.95 shipping. The total came out at $67.90 which is correct but how can I fix it so it does not add a random item to the order? I contacted the customer and everything was find on his end so it's just the dashboard displaying it incorrect. I then tried deleting the $15.95 item from the order which caused the amount of $55.95 to change to $40.00, once I added it back I got this: Item Purchased $55.95 Fake Item Re-Added $15.95 Shipping $9.99 Total $67.90 I am running PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 Thanks, Johnny. giovanz47
Just thought I'd mention that the $15.95 item was an Out Of Stock item!
Evolve Web Hosting
Just thought I'd mention that the $15.95 item was an Out Of Stock item! Under Preferences -->> Products, do you have 'allow ordering of out-of-stock products' set to On or Off?
giovanz47
allow ordering of out-of-stock products' was set to Off I had a friend look through everything for me and it seems as though the ghost items were duplicates from old orders that had been deleted. I must have deleted some test orders from a table but these orders get stored in more than one table causing me to have these errors appear, due to duplicate order id numbers or something along those lines. silly me!
