Neekkola
Hello Same trouble than Derres. I'm on Prestashop 1.5.3. since few years. Everything was working well. Since about the end of 2015, when I insert youtube iframe in the html code of product description, "allowfullscreen" is automatically deleted from my code when I save the changes. In front office, it is compulsory to go to YouTube website in order to see fullscreen video. I don't know why something worked well doesn't works now. Maybe I made a mistake ? Is it a new rule from YouTube ? Thanks for you help.
Driver1000
Hello Same trouble than Derres and Neekkola. When I insert YouTube video iframe in the html code of product description, "allowfullscreen" is automatically deleted from my code when I save the changes. Why??? I tested it on version 1.4.9 and 1.6.1.4.
wennerholm
Hi, I can confirm that I have the same issue in our store (Prestashop 1.5.6.0). After enabling "Allow HTML" in backend I can add iframes with an embedded YouTube-video without any problem, but the "allowfullscreen" part is automatically deleted. This is a problem I'd love to find a solution for, since we only want to show a really small video on the category page that the user can view in fullscreen if they like... Can anyone help us out with a fix for this? Best regards, Victor

musicmaster
DId you try disabling the HTML Purifier in the Preferences->General page?
Neekkola
Thank you musicmaster. I 've already read this solution elsewhere BUT unfortunately this is not the way for the 1.5.3.1 version, that is mine. Disabling HTML Purifier seems to be possible in Preferences for following versions ... but not for previous versions .
