Change the colour of prestashop

Hey Peoples

Can anyone point me to the code in global.css to change the general colour of the standard PS template. I only want to create a type of blue or purple theme using the standard template.

Any help is much appreciated.

Specifically what do you want to change? The images are in the img folder in your theme's directory. You can simply open those files in an editor like Paint.net and go to Adjustments > Hue/Saturation to change the colour of the images from grey to the blue or purple that you want.

Alternatively, you can change the links to the images in css/global.css in your theme's directory. Have a look at the /* Default block style * / and /* block exclusive * / sections. There you will find the links to the header, footer and background images for the light grey and dark grey blocks in the left and right columns. The /* block myaccount * / section has the links for the pink account block.

Following that is the /* block in the center column * /, /* Styles for products blocks * / and /* Special style for block products in center column */ sections are for the featured products block and accessories block in the center column of the page.
