delboy01 Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 (edited) i get this error when i check out in sandbox mode. i have the latest prestshop 1.6.1.4. i take it, its something to do with not being able to grad the addreess ? The order comes through and payment goes through but it dont complete on my website so it would leave the customer confused. Crtzy Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 I found that if I marked phone number as a required entry under customers > addresses > "set required fields for this section" it will not work well with Amazon Payments.
