Has this ever worked, or are you only trying for the first time? Did you confirm that the API settings are correct?

Has this ever worked, or are you only trying for the first time? Did you confirm that the API settings are correct? Hi Thank you for your help. I have the issue on prestashop version 1.5.5. The Paypal module is version 3.10.2. Yes, was working fine, then I had first problems, I updated (it was with previous version issues started) hoping it would have fixed the problem but still same. I tried also to uninstall and re-install but no luck. The API settings I believe are ok, I just pushed on the button to get them and copied in the correspondent fields (is there any check I can make) ? bellini13
security header invalid usually means the API settings are not correct. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23358683/paypal-express-checkout-error-security-header-is-not-valid
mfermo
security header invalid usually means the API settings are not correct. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23358683/paypal-express-checkout-error-security-header-is-not-valid I tried really multiple time to copy and paste but ... I am suspecting now the problem is on Paypal side as I got another problem on a different website (using same API) and strange enough, when I moved to sandbox didn't work (got a long error message), then I put back live box and worked (but just with credit card, not able to login to paypal even if user and pwd were correct). I made another post for this but I suspect now something is wrong in Paypal account, because this site is really a fresh one and I find strange to have a problem again on Paypal. I am tempted just to delete this API and ask new one. Any opinion on this is appreciated...
bellini13
so this only happens in sandbox?
mfermo
so this only happens in sandbox? No, no it happens on live (the original problem I put a snapshot);

I'm not sure what else can be done, the error indicates an issue with the API Keys. Perhaps contact Paypal support directly
