Thinking Of Using Prestashop

Hi,

 

I am redoing our website and thinking of using prestashop and was wondering if someone may point me in the right direction if this may work for me.

 

-I would like to build my main domain mymaindomain.com as an only informational page showing no products, prices or cart information, only a login link to subdomain.com

 

-I would like to have sub domain subdomain.com showing all products, prices etc.

 

The reason I am doing this as I would like to keep the theme on both pages correct. We sell to manufacturers (maindomain.com) who do not need to see the pricing but need information. And the subdomain would be for the end users who need pricing.

 

I hope this is clear and if someone could let me know if this is possible I would appreciate that.

Prestashop does not care where it is install.

 

So on your main domain, you would not install Prestashop.  Just create a single page with what ever content you need.

Then you install Prestashop on your subdomain
