Order List Not Showing Correct Status

Every now and again I do a bulk update of order status and when it returns to the screen it looks good. However, I login the next day and it's reverted back to "Payment Accepted" but if I open the order the latest status is "Shipped".

 

Any ideas what is going on?

 

(Prestashop version 1.6.1.4)
