Google Analytics Module Doesn't Install [Solved]

Hi, I have this problem:

trying to install the Analytics Module but when I click on activate it, it display this messages

"no updating has been installed" and "to avoid any problem the module has been disactivate it"

I already have an Analytics account.My Prestahop version is the 1.6.0.11

the Analytics Module is the 2.3.4 version

Anybody could help me to understand what to do ? Thanks in advance

Hi Pat,

You can try to-do list;

 

- Disable,

- Uninstall

- Delete,

- Install and

- Active

 

If result is same, you should replace Analytic Modele.

Don't know what was the problem, but it doesn't matter, the easy solution is always the best way to do, ita was like turn off and on the computer
