Customer Service Admin Tab 404 Error

Hi,

 

When I click on the customer service tab in back office 1.6.1.3, it throws a 404 error.

 

This has only just started happening since yesterday morning, nothing has been changed in database or module wise that we believe.

 

Up until yesterday, it sometimes took a long time to load because connects into our clients mailserver to receive the support mailbox.

 

I have tried:

•     clearing cache,
•     looked at error log on prestashop and server,
•     restoring AdminCustomerThread controller to default (to make sure there was no core edits),
•     looked into the admin tpl,
•     looked into classes

 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have found the solution to this issue,

 

An ID in the customers table of the database was missing, replaced the missing ID and it is working
