How To Send An Email To A Client?

Hi everyone,

 

I am using PS Cloud 1.6.1.0 and I want to send an email to someone who registered as a client in my e-commerce but did not buy the item he was looking for. I don't find how to do it. Is there any way to send an email to a client that has not sent an email to the store? I am using sendinblue but all I can see is campaign (send email to list) and transactional emails, but they only showed the mails the store has sent (when a user created an account, for instance)

 

 

Any help would be appreciated
