Stop Under 18's Purchasing Products And Show Dob On Checkout Only To Uk Residents Only

Hey Guys,

 

I'm creating a shop which sells knives. My client currently sells knives all over the world however as a UK shop we can only sell knives to people in the UK who are above the age of 18. 

 

Is there a way to only show the DOB field to people who are in the UK or have chosen the UK as their country then the DOB field will appear? 

Would it be possible to cancel the checkout process if they are below the age of 18?
