Error: The Field "current_State" Is Dynamic. It Is Not Possible To Filter Get Query With This Field.

I am working with XPS shipper and my orders won't transfer over to the XPS website after setting up a webservice. In talking with the developers of XPS they helped me identify the error. They don' t know how to address this error and neither do I.

The field "current_state" is dynamic. It is not possible to filter GET query with this field.

XPS takes the orders out of the control panel and then transfers them to the XPS site so we can then get shipping quotes and print shipping labels without having to manually enter all the order addresses. Obviously if we can get this to work its going to really help with our order fulfillment tasks.

 

What is this "current_state" field, is it important, and can it be disabled? Has anyone seen this error before and can it be fixed?

The permanent fix was already addressed in my Orders.php file yet the issues still perisisted. So I am guessing this bug has not been addressed. However, Esau Suarez created a patch that worked for me.
