Small Popup On "add To Cart" If Product Has Options.

Hi all,

Would it be an easy task to add a small popup when clicking "Add to cart" on the category page (If the product has options such as colour, flavour, size etc)

 

The box could be a cut down version of the "Quick view" popup, and would only need

 

 

PRODUCT NAME (and possibly a small image)

Choose option

Select Qty

ADD TO CART

I just had a quick go at trying to modify the "quick view" popup, but it loads too slow.

 

So thinking about it, it would possible be better having a hidden div with the content in, then just show that content when clicking the add button... .or would this slow the category page down too much ?

Surely this would be welcomed by a lot of users.

 

The current "Quick View" isnt so quick at loading, and requires a full page render which loads all js and css again.

 

A small hidden div the instantly pops up when clicking "Add to cart" would be enough, and just display the product name, image, qty needed and options if available.
