Back Office Don't Load Css

Hy,

 

I migrate the shop on the same server in different folder, because i want to show the site for client.

After i migrate the site my back office not load the css i think. The functionality works, but visual it's broken all the back office.

 

I just copy the site and database and make the modifications in settings.inc.php and in database in 3 places.

 

I try to solve my problem with different examples from topics, forums such as: rename the admin folder, upload new admin folder and rename, clear cache, force compile enable, friendly url turn on and off, enable all thing in CCC and more...but nothing.
