clubbuilder Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 My prestshop e-mail are not sending. During test orders I am not getting any e-mails at the addess specified. There was another post I found here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/306601-order-confirmation-email-not-sent-to-clients/ that told me to check my SMTP settings. On my server with many varous CMS installations sendmail has always worked just fine, but with Prestashop I had to use SMTP settings to properly send mails. (Not complaining one bit just mentioning).
