Virtual Product Bigger Than 2Mb

I am trying to upload some zip file products that are between 7-8MB in size but just get the  'The upload file exceeds the maximum.........2MB.........directive in php.ini(2MB)

 

I have set php.ini in my public_html directory to 10MB uploads and posts and the uploads.php file is also set to 10MB. phpinfo.php shows the settings as correct at 10MB.

 

So why does it still not work. Any ideas would be great. Prestashop 1.6

 

SOLVED THANKS - set Administrator/Preference/Upload Quota to 10
