Help Please With Importing Products Csv

I am trying to import a Product CSV of maybe 400 products into this new PrestaShop build I am doing.  I have am still pretty new to PrestaShop but the CSV is very straight forward (SKU, Name, Description, Prices, etc).

 

But I am having so much difficulty and still cannot get the CSV imported (Product Cannot be Saved errors)

 

Are there any third party modules or anything that can help get these products into the store?

To show how frustrating this is, I can manually create a product in the PrestaShop store, export it to CSV, and then re-import it into PrestaShop (without making any changes to the files) and it still prompts me errors. (ie; Cannot be Saved).

 

I am so frustrated.  Otherwise Prestashop has been great but if I can't get these products imported via CSV then I am going to have to try another platform.  Sucks because I have already purchased some expensive PrestaShop themes.
