[email protected] Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 I used the 1 click module to upgrade to 1.6 last night. Everything processed correctly with no errors displayed. After many hours of searching and trying solutions i have come up with no solution. upon regeneration of images i get the following error... 630 errors Original image is missing or empty (/home1/funsock1/public_html/store/img/p/2/8/28.jpg) for product ID 9 Original image is missing or empty (/home1/funsock1/public_html/store/img/p/3/8/38.jpg) for product ID 19 Images are in location but the "/" are "-" in the file name. Have turned off friendly url cleared smarty cache moved images from old file system Please help, im at a loss of what to do and my shop is down. Thanks in advance! After the upgrade, you had to turn on legacy mode, and then transfer all the images in the new structure. all the settings here preferences->images. Then turn off legacy mode. [email protected] Posted February 5, 2016 Author Share Posted February 5, 2016 I did move the pictures in the back end with the legacy filing system. after i moved them the pictures the legacy choice was not available in the back end and i regenerated the images and get the errors. Because i was unable to find a quick solution i spent hours yesterday uploading all the pictures one by one.
