Problem After Customer Login

Hello everyone!

I'm starting with Prestashop and through this forum already learned a lot.
However , there comes that moment we are about to lose their hair to solve a problem .

Would I like a way out of the following:

After the client log into your account and try to get back to the home page , products and other categories, images , etc. They do not appear. It is only loaded the contents of the ' image2 ' ( attached) . If we try to navigate going to the home page , only the logo and a black bar / bottom ash and nothing else , as ' image ' ( attached) .
 

Before the client login , you can browse without problems .
