tdr170
I will ask once more can you give link to shop, you can also go to Modules positions and see if it is hooked twice in displayTop displayTopColumn. No sure what version this is and are you using custom search module. nuclearholocausto
I would have to go with tdr170 on this one. It may have been an easy overlooked module position issue.

No sure what version this is and are you using custom search module. The shop is in maintenance mode at the moment, as we switched from Opencart. The version of our Prestashop store is 1.6.1.4. I'll check the modules position and yes we are using a custom search box module (came with the theme). Cheers, Ali.
tdr170
Did you uninstall the stock Search block, take it out of maintenance mode long enough to get help.
JJq2v2QTTidAVSqU
I've managed to fix it using tdr170's method but the "sign in" button is meant to be under the total of the basket, anyone know how to fix? There's no module for the sign in button
tdr170
Yes there is It is called User Info Block, look at the Modules , Positions you may be able to re-position this there. If not it is time to edit some CSS. What version Of Prestashop are you using and what theme. If you need help with CSS you will have to take the shop out of maintenance mode and turn off smart cache for css. JJq2v2QTTidAVSqU
I've configured it like this, not doing anything. We're running Prestashop 1.6.1.4. with the warehouse theme.
tdr170
Try changing the positions and see what happens you can always put them back there is not much more I can say without being able to view the live site. Chances are the custom search module is taking up to much space.

I think it's something to do with it, just can't figure out as nothing is saving! tdr170
Not sure as to why it would not save position are you sure your doing it right, in the modules position page find displayTop or it might be displayTopColumn and move the positions there. I can not see what area you are changing positions in the pick you posted.
