Can't Import

[Arometique Fashions]

I just joined Presta and having a nightmare configuring the csv file in the right format to import, so far i am following the examples i found in the user guide but get this message everytime:

 

1. No Name (ID: No ID) cannot be saved
2. Property Product->name is empty

I am using their example with my info in this file but get this error above and cannot import, anyone can help to show what is wrong?

Please attach the CSV, one row would be enough so I can check it on my test shop.

You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file...

 

Any idea? I could do this if you have an email we can use

I was able to import it, but first I had to make some changes in the file

- too many quotation marks, deleted all of them

- something wrong with categories (start with a comma), so I ignored this field during the import

 

Please note that reference should be something unique, like a catalog number, "Vera Fashion" is not a best idea.

 

Try to import the attached file and compare.
