Shipping Charge Moved To Taxes In Summary...

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone

We've just taken an order for a customer located in Jersey in the Channel Isles, which is exempt from VAT  Our PS installation correctly generates the order correctly thanks to setting up zones, country, tax rules, etc.

Now when I go into the order it shows our carriage charge correctly:

When I scroll to the total summary it shows the shipping charge in the tax field:

We use the "Order Editor" module. In there it shows the summary correctly:

Please can you tell me if there's a fault within Prestashop own "Orders" page?

Thanks

Nick

Since installing Prestashop v1.6 we've carried out countless alterations and applied fixes from Github to the Bootstrap files. We didn't know about the override folder at the time so unfortunately the changes are integrated into the main Bootstrap.

When I carry out updates I have to tell the PS installer to leave Bootstrap alone.

I know that there are significant changes/fixes, which we're not benefiting from. I'm wondering if this is one of the 'glitches' that has been fixed.

What do people suggest?

Thanks

Nick
