Csv Import Wont Work Well

Dear prestshoppers ,

 

Right now I'm working on setting up a shop on just Prestashop.
 

Now I have some trouble importing my CSV file

During the upload I do not get everything in the right place .

The main categories comes right out the csv file, but the subcategories are not.

The products are a problem every time I upload the csv file i get an internal server error .

Also I would like to add the sizes and colors of the products, so when I 'm done after uploading the .csv file in one time  the categories and sub categories, products, sizes and colors will be done in my shop.

Who can help me with this.

I like to hear it from you guys.

Dont mind the english im not so good in it.

ok , first of all upload the categories, and after that, your products. If you get a 500 error, its maybe are too many products. you can cut csv into small files
