Google Checkout

Hi,

I would like to use paypal and google checkout within my shop.

I am configuring google checkout and using the given API callback URL is:

http://..../modules/gcheckout/validation.php

however when i place this url in google checkout it states that is will only accept a https:// ....

Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue.

Clarinda,

as far as I understand it - you need to have SSL in order to use Google checkout.

(We are just in the process of moving to a new host so we can achieve this).

I have the exact same problem... does anyone have a solution?

I've tried addin an s to http:///modules/gcheckout/validation.php so it's https:///modules/gcheckout/validation.php but I get a time out and nothing happens.

If you don't have an SSL certificate installed on your server and activated in PS, you cannot use Google Checkout.

how would i find out if i have an SSL certificate or not?

If you didn't buy one from your host, or a 3rd party site and gave it to your host to install, you don't have one.

I have SSL certificate on my website but still cant receive orders, does the validation.php require a mod to get working?
