My Customer sign up in my website.

They entry their data and submit the data

Process success completely.

But their data is not saved in my database.

No new customer registration

Something is wrong on your store, login is also not working.

 

Did you try after disabling overriding from Performance tab?

Can you check your server log and see if it reports some errors related to registration process?

If you have a linux server it should be in, /var/log/apache2/error.log

 

Otherwise you can google to find error log file depending upon your server.
