Pretty Urls Doesn't Work With My Payment

Hello, I have some problem with Pretty urls addon: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/url-redirects/16633-pretty-urls.html 

 

After installation everything is ok with categories/product links (without ids) but rigth now I cant't finalize transactions via Sofortueberweisung: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/bank-transfer-payment/9176-sofortbanking.html

When the addon is active I see 404 error page, but when I turn off pretty urls addon and uninstall everything is fine and Sofortueberweisung payemt works fine.
Could you tell me where is the problem? and what can I do?
