Product Combination Feature Not Working With Specific Price Feature

Hi Gurus,

 

I am trying to add some attributes to the products. I have added product attributes to combination section generated using "Product Combination Generator". However if we use this alone, price at product detail page changes with change in attributes. However if I apply Specific price discount, it does not change at all. Below are the example using same product (duplicate products)

 

-- without discount

Try changing attribute "Stitching Charges - Blouse"

 

Not sure what I am missing here? Please help !
