Help: Only Customers Group Can Use Paypal, Other Groups Cannot

The Bug is repeatable:

Any customer from the default customer group - no discount by default - no problem at all of using paypal, 

Any customer from a new group - setting up some discounts - then ordering these discounted products using paypal - the bug will be shown - cannot return to merchant website when clicking the "return to merchant" link. So the problem is that the money is charged but the order is in their carts.

 

there is no problem if you order a non-discounted product. But it always happens no matter what type of discounts would be (overall discount or category discount)

 

I don't know which part of code I should look at. I use 1.5.6 version.

 

no module restriction is set up in the group.

 

Help! any clue?

did you update the customer group restrictions in the modules > payment page?
