Like what version of PrestaShop you have (1.4 maybe) and what did you do before that error appeared ? Maybe install new module, update or maybe changed server PHP version ? In any case turn on debug mode https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ And see if any error come up.
