Shifting Hosting Plans & Companies

Dear All 

 

We are having some trouble

 

Due to our negligence our hosting package with  "Ipage" ended and we did not renew our package on time .. 

 

we run a small business and put a lot of effort in to getting this site going ..  but with the termination of the hosting package we seem to have lost all access to our site on prestashop and its admin features ...

 

the site it self went down ..

 

since then we manage to get a new hosting package with an new company .. but having trouble locating our old data .. 

 

is there any way we can migrate the old data to the new hosting package 

 

Please help

You have to contact your old hosting and ask if they have kept back up of your website.

If yes, I guess you will have to pay and they will give back your data.

 

There is no other way if I understand correctly what happened.
