Block Categories Not Displayed

Hi, I've installed a theme (TemplateMela) on a site and I have this kind of problem:

 

I'm not able to display the Block Categories module in the Home Page (right column)

 

I've hooked it in the "right column" and also in the "header" like the other modules that I see, but it's not displayed at all.

 

I can only see it when I "search" for something or when I go to the LOGIN page, in all the other pages is not displayed, neither in Home nor in the categories pages.

How can I solve it ?

You have to go Modules & Services -> Positions
It's the same for the right column (just displayRightColumn)

Click on edit and then check if there are exceptions for the appearence of the modules in the different pages (index etc)
